Election Debrief Handbook
Download the handbook:
The Election Debrief Handbook is designed to help election officials lead their teams through debriefs of the most recent election. Soon after the election — when election workers and officials are reflecting on the successes and challenges — is the perfect time to hold a post-election debrief with your team.
The handbook includes guidance on planning and conducting a debrief as well as actions to take afterward. With suggested topics and questions and space to add your own, this handbook will help ensure your debrief is both effective and meaningful.
For more activity and facilitation tips, check out the Center for Civic Design’s Post-Election Debrief Toolkit.
