The Elections Group supports the elections community as they plan, operate and improve election administration.
We are a nonpartisan organization with deep experience in election administration and adjacent fields. Our team includes former election officials and specialists with complementary skills in operations, training and strategy. Together, we bring real-world understanding to the demands of election administration and provide thoughtful, practical support to help meet them.
Our mission is to support election professionals through collaboration, thought leadership and elevating best practices.
We partner with state and local election offices, county clerks, recorders and state-level associations in accordance with state election laws to address operational challenges, strengthen readiness, improve processes and support teams before, during and after Election Day.
Our work includes election staff training and readiness, tools and guidance, direct office support and process reviews designed to help offices operate with greater clarity and confidence.
We also support the elections community through our work with nonprofit and mission-aligned organizations that share our commitment to election security and trust.
