Use posters to remind staff and election workers of techniques to assist with de-escalation. The download includes all three poster designs.
Printing note: Each poster prints on a sheet of 11-by-17-inch paper.

De-Escalation Pocket Guide
This pocket-size guide includes tips to help de-escalate tense situations at voting locations.
Printing note: Each pocket guide prints double-sided on two sheets of letter-size paper. Be sure to select flip on short end for double-sided printing. Fold the two sheets along the dotted lines to make a booklet. To save ink or print in grayscale, choose the “printer friendly” file download.
