As a result of a large number of races in an election, some jurisdictions may have a two-card ballot. It’s vital to clearly communicate to voters that this is not an error and how they should vote and return their ballots. Clear instructions should be provided on how to vote on each card and how to return the completed ballots. Use our flyer template and associated images to help communicate this to your voters.
