Resilience in Practice: Confronting Challenges Facing the Election Workforce

Election officials’ roles are complex and demanding, and they must manage an increasing array of challenges with limited resources. Join The Elections Group and the Bipartisan Policy Center for the second in a series of webinars highlighting research funded through the Election Workforce Advisory Council that seeks to better understand and develop solutions to turnover and other challenges facing the election administration workforce.

Panelists will share insights from new research examining the resource constraints and challenges facing the election workforce. Featured projects include research on budget and workforce constraints, the role of the policy landscape, and the impact of technology on the election administration workforce.
