Retired Sheriff Justin Smith served three terms as the Sheriff of Larimer County, Colorado, and has 35 years of law enforcement experience.

He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration of Justice from Wichita State University and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Colorado’s Graduate School of Public Affairs.

Sheriff Smith has been a member of numerous local, state and national professional associations and boards as well as a variety of local non-profit boards.
